At 1,049 feet and 100 stories, developers Greybrook Realty Partners and PMG’s Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami will be the tallest residential tower south of New York. Uruguayan architect Carlos Ott and Miami-based Sieger Suarez Architects came up with its Jenga-like concept of nine spiraling offset glass cubes. There are 360 residences starting at $1 million and 205 hotel rooms.
