A fried chicken lover’s fantasy, Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster Overtown is finally here. The beloved, Harlem-based, Swedish chef’s outpost is located in Miami’s most famous, historic Black neighborhood. In addition to yard birds, the menu favors seafood dishes (Florida shrimp and grits, grilled yellowtail snapper with gooseberry salsa) and Caribbean sides (pigeon peas, jerk sweet potato with rum butter).
